I was a customer here for years and always satisfied or an uncomplicated solution was found if a mistake was made.

So great here. Unfortunately the slide is only allowed up to 150kg.

Very poor selection should urgently upgrade

Arrived at home, big Rösti unpacked, lo and behold, the lower part of the burger bun is completely missing. What a shame!

Put incompetent Indians at the drive in and are not yet able to place the order correctly. :(

Just picked up something in Mc Drive and after 5 minutes in the parking lot I got a parking ticket from Parkwatchers for over 40 euros because I supposedly hadn't bought anything from the Mc D. and supposedly my car would have been here for hours. Although I showed my drink to the parking attendant, I got the ticket. That has never happened to me with any MC Donalds !!!

The staff can hardly speak German and don't understand anything, the fries were also a bit older and the salad was anything but good so I don't come here any more.

If you are looking for the greatest incompetence and unfriendliness in the area, this is the right place. Order placed in the drive-in, a special offer burger not in stock. It was only said: "Then just choose something else." and put pressure on to go faster. When I got home I was obviously missing a burger. Eating completely cold, sometimes too salty. Really, NEVER AGAIN!

Just awful junk food

This shop should be closed. For the second time completely dried out rolls and extremely salty French fries. Disgusting🤮

Unfortunately, the food was no longer enjoyable after a 10 minute drive. The burgers must have been waiting for customers for a long time. Friendly staff.

A very clean, cute McDonalds. In times of Corona, of course, the cosiness is lost due to certain barrier tapes, but a very good concept has been developed here. I found the exit at second glance. Toilet cleanliness okay. The dishes were relatively fresh and warm, super nice staff. For a quick stop, you certainly can't go wrong here. I also thought it was nice that the front door pointed out the parking spaces for which a parking disc was needed. I had overlooked that! Thumbs up for that.

Not all products are found, there is a parking problem, the toilets are regale, the cooler on the garden tables is not collected regularly. The garbage is flying on the floor. McDrive users must check what they have bought and keep going.

I've never seen such a filthy McD! We were 8 guests and at least 4 employees at the output. Sundays from 12 p.m. to 12.30 p.m. No table was cleaned, the floor was very dirty. The staff said we should sit at a table that is clean, but there wasn't one. A shame ... Not because of Corona, you should also wipe the tables like that. Fortunately, the food was tasty!

Understanding is a matter of luck here! We were told "nothing flurry machine, have to clean, wait a bit" and then you wait in the shop and see other customers get an ice cream. Well done gentlemen!

Mc Donalds is slacking off quite a bit. Burger barely filled with french fries unsalted, raw or old and bland. And lately the orders are not completely fulfilled either wrong number or something other than ordered in the bag. Something like that is not allowed.

Not clean in place! Very long waiting times! No coffee in the cup! Great fries! Toilets also unclean and much too narrow!

The park of this place is very dangerous.

Food was alright, but the service was meh. Of course its a McDonald's, but i can at least expect friendly staff, which sadly was not the case the one time ive been inside there so far. The drive through works relatively okay too, though the order showing screen was broken the last time ive been there. In total, only three stars from me.

Unfortunately, very dirty. Apparently enough staff behind the counter, hardly any customers, apart from us 1 table occupied. It is a pity, especially if the posters on the posters show cleanliness and hygiene.

I have visited this place with my daughter, I asked for a kinder meal. They gave me the kinder box without a box, just in a paper bag. They did not even have a toy. I would not recommend to go to mac when it's not centrally located in a city.

Staff was accommodating and overall it's a McDonalds, however both times I went, it was really crowded (not the restaurant's fault) and overall not very clean (something they could do something about). Finally, the food was less than the normal quality I've come to expect at McDonalds in Germany- it was like being back in the states...

the burger is small and tasteless and terrible. they try to sell the menu, its pricey. the chips are not able to be eaten. the only thing there worth eating is the mcrib, its got the sauce and not too pricey. their coke tastes like water. its watered down.

This McDonalds is probably the worst one ever. They advertise some items and dont even have it like ice coffee. Poor management

Good service and friendly

Be prepared to wait 20 minutes plus to order and get your food even at the quietest times... Never enough staff, standing in queue and watching people at the far end giving up and walking out!!!

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s in Christendom, no matter what time of day you go or whether there is a queue or not they are soooo sloooow fulfilling your order. And to add insult to injury, after waiting 25 mins to get served (@20:30) the food we got was cold.

Cold food bad service MC Donald I going down in Germany. Same stuff.everywhere and considering fast food quality and prices you can go into a restaurant and eat for 12 euro a good meal with salad.
